This page explains what information DigiFlo collects through digiflo.work, how we use it, and the choices you have. We’ve kept it short and in plain language.
Who we are
DigiFlo is a digital marketing agency based in the United States. If you have a question about this policy or your information, email us at hello@digiflo.work.
Information you give us
When you send a message through our contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, and message, plus your company, website, and the services you’re interested in if you choose to share them.
If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
How we use it
We use this information only to reply to you, understand what you need, prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and keep a record of our conversation. We don’t sell or rent your information, and we won’t add you to a mailing list without asking.
Services that handle it for us
- Web3Forms receives contact form submissions and delivers them to our inbox.
- Zoho Mail hosts our email, so messages you send us are stored there.
- Cloudflare hosts this website. Like any web host, it processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
These providers handle information on our behalf and under their own privacy policies.
Cookies and analytics
This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and related emails for as long as we need them to respond, work with you, and keep ordinary business records. When we no longer need them, we delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Emailhello@digiflo.work and we’ll respond as soon as we can. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights under state law. We won’t treat you differently for asking.
Security
We use reputable providers and take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no way of sending or storing data online is completely secure.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and isn’t directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
